Thanksgiving Table Decor Blog Hop

 

I happen to love svgcut.com that is where I got the flies to make the pumpkin table décor  and the autumn house.  They have video's to help you make the kits, and so much fun. I ended up making four sets of these pumpkins.   The one tip I found most helpful is use scotch quick drying tacky glue, really speeds things up.

Critter project

 

Today I covered this smash book to use for my new puppy album.  I love smash books, and though this would make a fun way to record my puppy for years to come.  The files are from misskatecuttables.com/, Friends fur ever and puppy love.  Papers are just out of my scrap drawer.

Halloween Blog hop

 

This Candelabra was made from the Spooky Soiree svg kit by svgcut.com  The paper is from the paper studio trick or treat paper pack.  The tea lights  I but mode podge on them and then glitter.  The Jack O' Lantern with the cute witch's hat was made from the Haunted Forest svg kit by svgcuts.com.  I use the same papers from the trick or treat paper pack.

 

 these are the two my granddaughter Tristyn and I made.  She loves zebra's so her had to be zebra print!  She's nine and loves using the cricut.

Traveling Home

 Heading home from the bald fire, this is Maggie May, my copilot for the way home, yes I got the puppy!

Happy to say when I got home at midnight, everyone fell in love with Miss Maggie May. Took me two hours longer to get home with her, at one point she was walking on the dash of the motorhome, of course no were to pull over for a bit. 

A little Smokey humor

Had to share this, got if from a guy from Texas who did our laundry trailer inspection.  But this wont be happening on the fire I'm on, we got rain, so we should be leaving here by Saturday.

California Wildfires

Was headed to the Beaver fire in Klamath River when I got a call that I need to go to the Bald Fire.  The good thing it was a closer drive.  So I'm in a little town called Fall River Mills.  We don't start setting up the laundry trailer till to, so I spent the night with in the parking lot with a lot of fire trucks. 

 

I'm leaving in the morning to the Beaver  fire in northern California (about a 10 hour drive), happy to say my cricut gets to come with me.  I do laundry and I take my 32 foot motorhome with me, so I can have my crafts with me.  Will take me a few days to get into the swing of working hard and then I'll be ready to craft and learn how to put my projects up.

Iv been playing a lot with vinyl, this one I got the file from My Vinyl Designer. The canvas I got on clearance at Michael's and it was already brown, wish I would have bought all they had.  I sell my cards in a family run coffee shop and now I'm going to put up canvas art. 

 

Been up caming about 45 min from my home for the last week.  It was the high of 103 and last night it started raining, not fun leaving in the rain.  I was nice hanging with family and friends, even made new friends.  We even meet a guy from France, seems like each time we camp at this spot, we meet foreigners. 

Sharing my crafts

I'v been teaching other my favorite new toy the Cricut Explore, I got mine the first of March and don't know how I lived without.  My nine year old granddaughter caught on so fast, Im hoping she will teach her mom, who now is just starting to make crafts.
